All online orders are treated as strict priority and are processed straight away. so we can ensure quick response times to your order. We ensure that all orders are thoroughly checked, properly packaged using quality packaging materials and despatched to you fully tracked and insured with Interlink Express. Your VAT invoice for the goods ordered will also be attached. Should you need an email copy of this, then we can supply at no cost.
Goods ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday.
For items that are too large for post, we use DPD for UK & most European deliveries and have done so for over 15 years. They are fantastic carriers and have a 1 hour delivery window which means you KNOW when to expect your delivery, saving you wasted time at home. This is emailed/texted to you on the morning of delivery. DPD work hard with us to make sure you get your items on time. Many customers give us feedback to say they've had delivery inside 24 hours!!

Whilst every effort is made to regulate stock levels, if an item is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full immediate refund. When your item leaves us, you’ll receive and email from Interlink Express (with the exception of Royal Mail items) telling you it’s on its way, and usually with a one-hour delivery window in which to expect it.
If delivery is attempted when you’re out, you’ll be left a card from Interlink Express with a contact number for the depot. Despite best efforts and secure packaging, there are very rare occasions that goods are damaged in transit. If a box arrives damaged, please sign as ‘DAMAGED’ next to your signature and contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you. We will arrange to claim through our carrier and replace the goods to you free of charge. We’re here to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please do not fit carrier damaged items to your car. Any items damaged in transit that have been fitted cannot be exchanged.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt (by prior notice please). Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original packaging with the relevant documentation. On receipt of the item, credit will be issued subject to a small discretionary restocking fee for items ordered in error or where you've changed your mind. We cannot accept goods back if the packaging is badly damaged and unsuitable for resale. Please ensure you check your purchase thoroughly before removing and discarding any packaging. Faulty goods will be credited in full or exchanged at our cost.
