Notes
The spacers should be attached to the hub using the nuts provided.
The wheels should then be fitted using the existing wheel nuts.

Coupled with our longer bolts, and range of premium wheel locks you know you’re getting the job right. 

Why use Wheel Spacers?
Wheel spacers are used when your alloy wheels sit too far into your wheel arches. Often this is because the offset of the wheel is too high for the car. This not only can look wrong, but can cause fouling issues with the insides of the wheel scraping on the brakes or calipers. In this case a small spacer shim can solve the problem.

Another use is to improve the stance and handling. A wider track will give a more aggressive, sport look and will improve the car's handling. This look is very popular, but it's worth noting that the wheels must not be proud of the arch as this is an MOT failure in the UK.

Delivery

DELIVERY
All online orders are treated as strict priority and are processed straight away. so we can ensure quick response times to your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your order (during business hours) to reassure you it’s being processed quickly. We’ll deliver to you next working day where possible, and keep you informed along the way. If there are any issues, we’ll contact you straight away.

We ensure that all orders are thoroughly checked, properly packaged using quality packaging materials and despatched to you fully tracked and insured with DPD Local. Your VAT invoice for the goods ordered will also be attached. Should you need an email copy of this, then we can supply at no cost. 

Goods ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday.

For items that are too large for post, we use DPD for UK & most European deliveries and have done so for over 15 years. They are fantastic carriers and have a 1 hour delivery window which means you KNOW when to expect your delivery, saving you wasted time at home. This is emailed/texted to you on the morning of delivery. DPD work hard with us to make sure you get your items on time. Many customers give us feedback to say they've had delivery inside 24 hours!!

IF THERE’S A PROBLEM
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order, we are here to solve it for you. No call centres and waiting times on the phone. Simply contact us by email on web@sixonetwo.co.uk or if you rather call us direct on 01582 592207. Our team are on hand with a swift a friendly response.

Whilst every effort is made to regulate stock levels, if an item is out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full immediate refund. When your item leaves us, you’ll receive and email from DPD Local (with the exception of Royal Mail items) telling you it’s on its way, and usually with a one-hour delivery window in which to expect it.

If delivery is attempted when you’re out, you’ll be left a card from DPD Local with a contact number for the depot. Despite best efforts and secure packaging, there are very rare occasions that goods are damaged in transit. If a box arrives damaged, please sign as ‘DAMAGED’ next to your signature and contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation for you. We will arrange to claim through our carrier and replace the goods to you free of charge. We’re here to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please do not fit carrier damaged items to your car. Any items damaged in transit that have been fitted cannot be exchanged.


RETURNS
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt (by prior notice please). Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original packaging with the relevant documentation. On receipt of the item, credit will be issued subject to a small discretionary restocking fee for items ordered in error or where you've changed your mind. We cannot accept goods back if the packaging is badly damaged and unsuitable for resale. Please ensure you check your purchase thoroughly before removing and discarding any packaging. Faulty goods will be credited in full or exchanged at our cost.
